With more than 8 years of experience in the real estate industry, Tahisa Johnson is dedicated to guiding buyers and sellers through one of the most meaningful decisions of their lives. Though not a native of North Carolina, her ability to build genuine connections through active listening has quickly earned her a reputation for southern charm, warmth, and professionalism.
Tahisa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and a Master’s degree in Public Administration with a concentration in Nonprofit Management. Her passion for serving those who serve our country inspired her to earn the designation of Military Relocation Professional (MRP), where she proudly assists military families with their unique housing needs.
Before real estate, Tahisa built her career as a child advocate, human services professional, and educator. These experiences shaped her compassionate approach and strengthened her ability to guide clients with patience, clarity, and purpose. Today, she combines that foundation with her real estate expertise to educate clients on market trends, provide thoughtful insight on neighborhoods, and highlight the lifestyle and community features that matter most.
Tahisa is known for her direct yet thoughtful negotiating style, always striving for a win-win outcome. She firmly believes that homeownership is achievable for those who desire it and encourages clients to “trust the process.” Whether helping a family sell their current home or walking first-time buyers through their journey to ownership, she is committed to delivering results with integrity, professionalism, and care.
Grateful for every opportunity to help clients create new beginnings, Tahisa finds her greatest reward in the lasting relationships built along the way.
